BSNL AP&Telangana circle introduced brodband combo plan BBG Combo ULD-470 in following SSAs w.e.f 11-May-2016. This is the cheapest combo plan available for subscribers. If you are on a tight budget or use internet occasionally this plan is for you.

AP BSNL Launches Unlimited Data STV w.e.f 21-Apr-2016

AP BSNL launched three unlimited data STV-398, STV-629 and STV-2399 w.e.f 21-Apr-2016 under prepaid 2G/3G services.

AP BSNL revised the prepaid data plan vouchers from 10-Mar-2016.

Data can be used in national roaming also. Main account validity is one year, after that any of the above plan voucher can be used to extend the validity further. If the data is exhausted before validity, any data STV can be recharged otherwise data is charged at 3Ps/10KB.

AP BSNL GPRS/3G Base Data Tariff Revised w.e.f 15-Dec-2015

BSNL revised it's data tariff for 2G/3G prepaid customers from current 2p/10KB to 3p/10KB with effect from 15-Dec-2015.

Earlier, BSNL revised it's data tariff for 2G/3G customers from 1p/10KB to 2p/10KB with effect from 18 Feb 11.

AP BSNL New Data Service Activation/Deactivation Procedure

According to the recent TRAI guidelines, AP & Telangan BSNL has implemented new procedure for activating/deactivating data services with short code to toll-free number 1925.

• To activate data service, send START to 1925
• To deactivate data service, send STOP to 1925

This guidelines is issued by the TRAI to protect consumers from activating data services without their consent.

AP&Telangana BSNL: New Data STV-56 with 30 Days Validity

BSNL introduces new data STV-56 under 2G & 3G prepaid mobile services in AP & Telangana telecom circle with effect from 16-July-2015.

This is a very good STV, costs less with longer validity of 30 days useful especially for people with less/occasional browsing on mobile.
